Tori ended her American Doll Posse world tour in Los Angeles on December 16th, 2007. A complete list of shows — along with setlists, photos, videos, and reviews for concerts — can be found in our Tour section (link in black bar at the top of every page).
Official audio copies of select shows from the ADP tour were initially available via Legs & Boots but are now available through iTunes, Rhapsody, and other digital music stores.
A DVD containing performances from the tour was expected to be released sometime in 2008, but its current status is unknown.
Tori will be spending the next few years working on various projects, chiefly the musical "The Light Princess" which is expected to premiere on the London stage in 2009 and a new album expected in Spring 2009.

Matt Chamberlain is a busy guy. In his September 1, 2006 website update, he mentions finishing up work on Tori’s latest album, recording with Brandi Carlisle and Dido and, as we reported earlier, going out on the road with The Indigo Girls this Fall:
“Hello—Been recording like a nut lately—Just finished up an album in Vancouver with Brandi Carlisle—Man can she really sing her !@#%&* off!! The producer was T-Bone Burnett and I think it’s going to be a really amazing record. Also completed another round of recording with producer Jon Brion and Dido for her upcoming record.Finished the new Tori Amos record which should be out in 2007——-This October I will be hitting the road with my friends The Indigo Girls-Check here or on their website for dates.”
It’s not clear whether or not he had to go back into the studio to do any additional recording on Tori’s album. He had mentioned finishing tracking on the album at the beginning of July so perhaps there was some follow-up work to be done. Or, perhaps, he is just mentioning it again since that older update is no longer on the site. In any case, it’s good to know that the record is still slated for a 2007 release!
Robert found this picture of Matt which appears to have been taken at Martian Engineering. While not confirmed, it certainly seems possible judging by the picture of Studio Two in Cornwall. So, naturally, the presence of the oil-can drum, last heard on “Raspberry Swirl”, has Toriphiles all in a tizzy.
In a similar vein, Sean points us to the Myspace of Josh Neumann, Brandi Carlile’s cellist, where you can find a picture of Brandi’s band, including Matt, in a Vancouver recording studio following the completion of recording her new record.
UPDATE on September 6th @ 12:15 GMT: Matt has posted two more photos from the June 2006 recording session at Martian Engineering on his Myspace.
