    1. Martha Clark says:

Kind of thought the gig was fairly sedate, by Tori’s standards.

Highlights were Cornflake Girl, Bells for Her, Mr. Zebra, Marys Of The Sea, Siren (!!!!), Precious Things, and STRONG BLACK VINE (thank you crowd participation).

To be honest, the gig was laden with melancholy and maybe even fatigue up until Marys of the Sea. I can understand how Tori would be tired emotionally and physically on this tour but I almost felt sorry for some of her most unusually beautiful song girls like Ophelia, Not the Red Baron, Virginia, Hotel. It just wasn’t their night.

    2. Jennie says:

Absolutely mind-blowing. The second I recognized Ophelia I went to pieces. Met her earlier in the day and got an unexpected, spontaneous T hug. Hands down the best week of my entire life. We love you, Tori. Thank you for everything. <3

    3. Joe says:

My first Tori concert and a little disappointed with her lack of engagement with the crowd – particularly after hearing the live bootlegs. She looked and sounded absolutely knackered!

    4. Nuno Gonçalves says:

I really can’t get this gig out of my head. It was just flawless and devastating to a point it was pure emotional terrorism that indeed was the theme of the night, being the 8th anniversary of the September 11th tragedy.

The whole setlist was planned to perfection so it’s really hard to pick standouts. The first one for me personally though was Little Amsterdam, one of my picks to hear live, and it was gorgeous. Bells For Her, which I’ve heard before and am not particularly a big fan of but totally broke me to tears, convulsing ones. THe Lizard Lounge with Zebra and Ophelia was unbelievable and never in a million years I thought I’d year Not the Red Baron, one of the songs that I most identify with, so it was particularly hard to hear that one live. I could go on and on but I’ll just say that Precious Things and Strong Black Vine were just off-the hook. I hadn’t seen her do freakouts like that in a long long time and especially during Vine we got this unbelievable glimpse of Demon Tori. I can’t believe no one filmed that :(

All in all best Tori concert I’ve been to. And this will sound over-the-top (especially because I’m a musicphile and go to a LOT of concerts) but one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Still speechless all these days later.

    5. Anna says:

I kind of have to agree with Joe. I was so excited about finally seeing Tori live and it wasn’t at all what I thought it would be. I loved Cornflake Girl and Bells for Her. And Virginia is one of my favourites. Would have loved to see her do ‘I Can’t See New York’. I detest Strong Black Vine. I think it’s Tori trying to be YKTR again. Again, like Joe said. She seemed tired. But, hey, it’s still Tori. Love her forever.
