News: The Tori Store's VIP Ticket FAQ

We’ve gotten a few questions about the VIP Ticket Packages. Unfortunately, we don’t know the answers to your questions, but the Tori Store does! They have posted a FAQ answering several questions about the VIP packages — though not the most common one we have received: “What does the VIP meet and greet mean for the regular ones that have always happened before?” The questions they’ve answered are:

Will I meet Tori?

If you purchased the Platinum VIP Ticket Package you will have the chance to meet Tori after her sound check as well as take a quick photo and have one item signed.

Will I be seated next to a friend who also bought a VIP Ticket Package?

All Ticket Packages with the same order number will be seated together. Some shows might be general admission, in which case you will have early entry before doors open.

What time do I need to be at the venue?

Plan to arrive at the venue around 5:00 pm. Exact times will depend on when sound check and doors are for that evenings show. Please make sure that when you place your VIP ticket order that you provide The Tori Store with a current email address. We will send an email out approximately 5 days prior to the show providing you with all the specifics you’ll need.

When will I receive my ticket for the show? How will I know where I’m sitting?

You will pick up your ticket the night of the show. Detailed instruction on who you meet, where you meet and when you meet will be included in the email we send out approximately 5 days prior to the show. This email will include your specific seat location, however you won’t physically pick up your ticket until the night of the show.

What do I get with my Platinum VIP Ticket Package?

Included with the price of the package you will receive a ticket in the first 10 rows of the venue, the chance to view a portion of Tori’s sound check, the opportunity to meet Tori before the show, an exclusive Tori gift bag and the opportunity to buy merchandise without having to stand in line.

What do I get with my Gold VIP Ticket Package?

Included with the price of the package you will receive a ticket in the first 20 rows of the venue, the chance to view a portion of Tori’s sound check, an exclusive Tori gift bag and the opportunity to buy merchandise without having to stand in line.

Can we bring a camera to sound check and the meet and greet?

Non-professional cameras are fine with us. Some venues do not allow any cameras, in which case you may want to allow time to take your camera back to your car after the meet and greet.

How long are VIP Ticket Packages available to purchase?

A very small amount of VIP Ticket Packages will be available for purchase for select shows during Tori Fall US tour. They will be on sale until they sell out or until 2 weeks prior to the show date.

Can I return or exchange a VIP Ticket Package I’ve already purchase?

We have a strict no refund and no exchange policy. Once you have completed your order you can’t return your VIP Ticket Package for any reason. These tickets are non-transferable.

Do I need to have an account before I can purchase tickets? A password?

You will be asked to set up an account with The Tori Store when you check out and place your purchase. This is NOT something you need to set up ahead of time. People who already have an account with The Tori Store already have a user name and password assigned to them and their confidential details.

Do I purchase tickets through Itunes or Ticketmaster?

The Tori Store is the exclusive provider of VIP Ticket Packages. These are only available here at this website.

I don’t see my date for sale. Does this mean VIP Tickets won’t be provided for this date?

We will be sending emails out announcing new on-sale dates. No show will go on sale until we have sent out a notice letting everyone know. Please make sure you’re signed up for our email list to ensure you are getting the word first. We will never go on sale after the general on-sale happens. Therefore, wherever possible, you will have the opportunity to purchase a VIP ticket package before the regular tickets are made available.

How much do these packages cost?

As a general rule Gold Packages will sell for $100 and Platinum for $150.

Of course it all depends on how much we are having to pay for the tickets ourselves so we do reserve the right for them to change ever so slightly if need be.

How many tickets can I purchase on a single order?

You can purchase as many as you want assuming there will be some still available.

How do I get added to your mailing list?

Click on “Checkout” at the top of the website. It will ask you if you are a new or returning customer. Assign yourself and name and password. You will be emailed confirmation about your addition to our system. Keep your password handy when you want to come back and make a purchase.

How do I create an account with The Tori Store?

The only way to set up an account is to make a purchase. You do not need an account before being able to shop. Once you “Checkout” you will be asked to set up a secure account so there is a safe place to store your credit card details.
