This was an AMAZING show! Tori came out at around 9:15pm wearing a feathery mask in front of her eyes which she put away next to her Bösendorfer for her first song. I liked her outfit a lot, her furry vest and her killer heels.
Tori was in a very good mood. Since it was her last show in Europe before going to Britain she seemed to close a first chapter of her recent tour. And so was the show: sparkling, powerful, emotional and full of surprises. It was so intense, I don’t know if it was due to my seat which, luckily, was in the second row so I could see every movement on Toris face. The setlist was like opening one wonderful present after another. I was so happy when she played the God/Running up that Hill combo. And I was so surprised by many of the arrangements with the quartet. The guys are so good and Tori and the fab four are playing together in a way that you just think it’s meant to be like this.
I liked A Sorta Fairytale a lot which Tori kind of dedicated to her audiance of the past three weeks. In the end she pointed out that she has enjoyed her audience during the tour so much, she even said that it has been the best ever. But I must say that this Tour is something very special. I’ve always enjoyed her shows and she has never disappointed me but somehow it seems like she has reached a new level. I don’t know how to put this differently, maybe you understand what I mean.
T. said she played the Leonard Cohen cover for the first time – it was so beautiful.
I could go on and on about how perfectly amazing it was, but I can only recommend to go and see her!
And like many others I hope that there will be bootlegs of this tour on sale. Thank you, Tori, you have created something truely amazing!

What a great show! The venue was fantastic, the sound was excellent and so was the light show for each song. Tori was on fire her voice was amazing.
Shattering Sea is a great opener and it gave me chills to see how much Tori and the Fab 4 put into this song and pound their instruments. I loved A Sorta Fairytale and Indian Summer very much and I didn’t expected these songs at all. Sugar just rocked, 1,000 Oceans made me cry and Fearlessness and Star Whisperer were the best performances tonight from the new album – in my opinion. Winter is just magical with the quartet and you couldn’t have asked for a more powerful and better ending as Siren and Big Wheel for this show. Again, what a great show!

This concert in Essen was the best that I have seen. It was my fourth Tori show and before the concert I had the chance to see Tori at the meet and greet. It was absolutely fantastic! She is such a wondeful person and really took her time to see her fans for 1 and a half hour! She wore a yellow dress with a black leather jacket and killer Halloween high heels. It was my first meet and greet and I was so excited, but Tori was so nice and started asking me something. I was there with my mother who is also a big fan of her and we were so happy, because we got a photo with Tori and she also signed my fan card. I’m sure that I will never forget this day. It was so magical!
The concert was also incredible. Tori looked beautiful in her black dress combined with a green west. She played and sang all of the songs in a brilliant way. Her voice was so clear and the Bösendorfer and the quartett sounded great. I liked all the songs from Night of Hunters, especially Fearlessness, Carry and Nautical Twilight. The highlights of the show were her cover versions of Running up that Hill/God, Moonshadow and a beautiful and surprising interpretation of Hallelujah. The best moments of the show for me were when she sang A sorta Fairytale and Sugar, two of my favorite songs. I never thought that she would play them, but she did. It was so amazing and I nearly started to cry, because I requested them both at the meet and greet. Tori said before Fairytale that it is her love song for us and later in the show she mentioned that the audience in the last three weeks in Europe was the best she ever had and she thanked us all.
I think it was a perfect show before she left the continent. Tori gave her best and played great songs from diffrent records including a fantastic Spark, a 1000 Oceans, a very emotional version of Winter, Siren with the string quartett and for the first time on this tour Indian Summer and the unexpected Ode to the Banana King.
This concert was a real highlight for me and I will never forget that I had the opportunity to meet her and that she played my requests. I’m looking forward to the next tour. Thank you Tori!
