Keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages since we often post quickie updates there when we're on-the-go.
During tours, we do our best to cover setlists in real-time on Twitter. If you want to tweet a show in, just DM or @ us on the day and tell us to watch your stream that night.
Tori is touring in 2017 to support the release of Native Invader. The European legs runs from early September through early October and the North American leg runs from late October to early December. We do not know if additional dates elsewhere will be added.
Details for tonight’s show in Essen, Germany, are still not completely set in stone but we’re pretty sure we’ve been able to piece together tonight’s setlist and it’s clear that the Tori and the Quartett left the Continent with a bang!
The show featured several surprises: the return of the “God”/“Running Up That Hill” diptych (never pass up a chance to use that word!), this time prefaced by “Tubular Bells” as an intro, the extremely rare “Ode To The Banana King” (third time ever and the first since 1998!), the tour debut second performance (d’oh!) of “Sugar” on this tour and two covers: Cat Stevens’ “Moonshadow” and Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.” Perhaps not the most spooky of selections for a Halloween concert, but we’re sure none in attendance were complaining!
The full setlist, which we’re almost positive is correct, has been posted in the Tour section. Many thanks to @lenoreva for tweeting and texting and to @NicotineLove for relaying those txts on to the rest of us. And a tip of the chapeau to PeterZ for clarifying the order as well. If there are any corrections, please let us know and we’ll get them posted, once verified.
Your reviews and thoughts on the show are always welcome! If you were there and would like to share, please let us and everyone know what you thought of the concert using the comment form there!
