News: Gramophone Features and Interviews Tori

Classical music magazine Gramophone reported on Night of Hunters today and is offering a sneak peak at the album via a streaming conversation between Tori and the magazine’s deputy editor Sarah Kirkup.

To listen to the interview, you’ll have to register for their website (it’s free and only requires an e-mail address, no other personal information) and then hit up their Gramophone Player, where the interview is currently top-billed.

The article also indicates that Tori contributes to the “My Music” feature of the current issue (October 2011). A quick glance through the Gramophone archives shows that this feature is a short essay by the person in question about, you guessed it, music — either what they are listening to, what inspires them, how they compose it or so on.
