Keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages since we often post quickie updates there when we're on-the-go.
During tours, we do our best to cover setlists in real-time on Twitter. If you want to tweet a show in, just DM or @ us on the day and tell us to watch your stream that night.
Tori is touring in 2017 to support the release of Native Invader. The European legs runs from early September through early October and the North American leg runs from late October to early December. We do not know if additional dates elsewhere will be added.
Be sure to check out our other sections, Tour — where setlists and other concert-related material will be updated daily while Tori is on tour — and You. Lots of interesting stuff!
Just a quick note before heading into the office to say that the setlist for last night’s show at The Jazz Cafe has been posted — thanks to Colin Michael and Mark & Sean for sending it in. The songs chosen look mighty tasty with a nice sample of tunes from Midwinter Graces as well as some unexpected choices sprinkled in: “Dragon” (!) and “Mrs. Jesus.”
There’s one review posted already and would love to hear from more people if you were lucky enough to attend and have some thoughts you’d like to share on the evening. Just use the comment form at the bottom of the concert page for the show.
In the meantime, NME’s review can also give you a taste of what the show was like.
On Friday, December 11th at 3:00 PM EST, Tori will perform live and chat with fans over the web from New York City’s Electric Lady Studios. The webcast will be viewable at Tori’s Facebook and Livestream.
Thanks to Lucie_S and Josh for the tip!
Several people have reported success in picking up wristbands at the Oxford Street HMV for tonight’s special performance at The Jazz Cafe. According to Mike, the HMV staff were very efficient and the queue, once it got going, moved very quickly. There were reputedly around 300 wristbands available.
Glad to hear that fans were able to get their ticket into the show tonight and we’re looking forward to hearing the reports from the performance and hearing what people have to say about it!
As part of it’s 25 Days of Free promotion, Amazon.com is giving away a holiday song every day of December up through Christmas. “Snow Angel” from Midwinter Graces is the song of the day for December 2nd and you can pick it up at Amazon — regardless of whether you’ve been naughty or nice!
Hot on the coattails of the “Pink and Glitter” video, AOL Music has added a solo, acoustic performance of “A Silent Night With You” that, as Spinner reports, was recorded in a Los Angeles studio.
Perhaps not coincidentally, “A Silent Night With You” was released as a single in the United Kingdom this week — that’s the cover artwork over there to the right. The single includes two b-sides: acoustic versions of “Pink and Glitter” and “Jeanette, Isabella.” At this point, the single appears to be digitally released only and can be found on iTunes UK, Amazon.co.uk, Play.com and presumably other fine digital outlets.
While we curmudgeons wait for a physical release of the single, everyone can enjoy this live performance of the song, courtesy of AOL:
Thanks to John, Mark-Alexis, Alfred and “Josh* for the tip!

Thanks to David Michael Conner for sending the link our way!
Midwinter Graces is one of a slate of Christmas and seasonal albums reviewed in The Scotsman by Fiona Shepard. It’s only a paragraph-long but positive and even manages to squeeze in a Kate Bush reference!
Tori Amos wins points on her Midwinter Graces (Universal Republic, £12.72) *** for choosing the sublime Coventry Carol over the regulation Silent Night. A solemn O Come O Come Emmanuel and an appropriately pagan arrangement of The Holly and The Ivy nuzzle up beside her own seasonal compositions about harps and snow angels which float along in the vein of Kate Bush’s December Will Be Magic Again.
Tori took over the Los Angeles airwaves on The Sound’s My Turn earlier this evening and spun a selection of songs of her choosing and told some fun stories about the artists in between.
The songs she played were:
The Sound also has an exclusive video interview with Tori where she discusses Abnormally Attracted to Sin and The Light Princess at the bottom of her My Turn page which is a good view as well.
Note: there is no archived stream of the program on The Sound’s website; just the track listing.
