Keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages since we often post quickie updates there when we're on-the-go.
During tours, we do our best to cover setlists in real-time on Twitter. If you want to tweet a show in, just DM or @ us on the day and tell us to watch your stream that night.
Tori is touring in 2017 to support the release of Native Invader. The European legs runs from early September through early October and the North American leg runs from late October to early December. We do not know if additional dates elsewhere will be added.
Be sure to check out our other sections, Tour — where setlists and other concert-related material will be updated daily while Tori is on tour — and You. Lots of interesting stuff!
One more… Shannon adds that the password for the current Milwaukee pre-sale is POSSE.
LiveNation.com sent out an newsletter to their e-mail list (presumably only to those in the Vancouver area) yesterday announcing the Live Nation pre-sale for the December 3rd Vancouver show. The password for the pre-sale is BASS and there are still decent seats available via Ticketmaster.
There are several pre-sales occuring right now for the Portland concert. We’ve heard nothing but trouble about Ticket Rush, mostly about no one ever receiving any confirmation from the site about registration. However, we’ve learned that the password for the Radio pre-sale is KINK and the password for the Protmotions and Special Offers presale is INDIE. There are still tickets available for those pre-sales on Ticketmaster as well.
Finally, Denver radio station KBCO is running a pre-sale for the Denver concert on Friday, August 10th at 10:00 AM MDT. However, you need to be a member of KBCO.com to access this pre-sale. Membership is free and you can sign up on-line. Thanks lisa for that information!
Live in the SF Bay Area? Wanna participate in KFOG’s presale for the Oakland show at 10am today? Head to the KFOG website, click on “Fogheads,” and register. That should do it.
Ticketmaster has belatedly added a listing for the December 13th show at the Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara, CA. The VIP ticket sale and the iTunes pre-sale are happening today, Wednesday, August 8th at 10:00 AM PDT. The general on-sale date is Saturday, September 29th at 10:00 AM PDT. Thanks to Paul-Roy for the heads-up!
I took a quick look at Ticketmaster this morning to see how things were going. I didn’t check every show but spot-checked a few and, as we were told and we hoped would be the case, VIP tickets purchases did not require a password! Hurrah! However, as you would expect given their limited quantities, those that already went on sale today did sell out rather quickly, and we would expect the same to happen for those which have not.
One question we’ve gotten and haven’t really addressed, for fear of creating more confusion, is why there are two VIP Package sale dates on Ticketmaster. Per Tori’s management, this is because of the way that Ticketmaster listings are built. Any sales which occur before the general sale date are automatically considered a pre-sale by Ticketmaster’s system. So, VIP tickets go on “pre-sale” today and then any that are unsold (ha ha!) would be made available again on the regular sale date. The reality, of course, is that VIP tickets will sell out completely during “pre-sale” portion.
The Fort Myers show, as one of the non-Ticketmaster venues on the tour, does not have an iTunes pre-sale but Tickets.com showed an on-sale date of August 8th while the venue listing indicated that tickets would go on sale on Friday, August 10th.
Well, Susie had shed some light on the situation: turns out that subscribers to the Hall’s 2007-2008 Broadway Season have the opportunity to buy tickets early, so the August 8th pre-sale is for them. Tickets for the general public will go on sale Friday, August 10th at 10:00 AM EDT.
Jennifer tells us that to participate in the Ticket Rush presale for the Portland show, all you have to do is go to Ticketrush.com and register. You’ll get a password for the month. Then, when tickets go on pre-sale for an event, you click on the event listing on the Ticket Rush website, enter the password, and you’ll be taken to the Ticketmaster website where you can order tickets.
The Ticket Rush presale starts on Thursday, August 9th at 10am.
Update: Ticket Rush is also listing the November 2nd Indianapolis show as having a Ticket Rush presale on Friday, August 10th at 10:00 PM EDT. This is not mentioned on the Indy Ticketmaster listing but since Ticket Rush appears to be a Live Nation property, one assumes that this is correct.
Many people have e-mailed us saying that shows that are supposed to go on-sale tomorrow per the latest update from EverythingTori, are not listed on Ticketmaster yet.
FEAR NOT!
We’ve gotten assurance from Tori’s management that Ticketmaster listings for all shows going on sale are being built and will be listed by the end of today.
On a related topic, we’ve also gotten lots of questions about passwords for the VIP ticket sales, presumably due to the confusing way in which the VIP tickets are being integrated into Ticketmaster’s listings.
Management has assured us that, despite whatever Ticketmaster’s call center agents have said, VIP ticket purchases will not require a password and that they are working with Ticketmaster’s website programmers to ensure that the VIP ticket sales are being set up properly.
Holy-mackaroly, this has been the longest day of what was left of my life, but I’ve finally finished updating the Tour section with every last little teensy scrap of info we have.
If any of you feel like playing Tori Cop (it’s fun!), check your local listing to make sure all the URLs work and the time zone converter links are showing the correct on-sale dates/times, etc. If you see any boo-boos, let us know right away and we’ll get ‘em fixed ASAP. (Well, after a few drinks and a nap, anyway. I was supposed to put on my Wonder Woman suit and go out and fight crime tonight, but I’m am so jumping up and down at the thought of climbing under my favorite fluffy blankie right now, so I will.)
Oh, before I fly off to sleep … Ticketmaster unexpectedly turned off the shipping address option for purchases last week (since tickets aren’t actually going to be shipped). If you’re having someone else purchase tickets for you on their credit card, we’ve been told by management that Ticketmaster should (_should_) be giving you an option to list the email address of the person who will be picking the tickets up. So make sure whoever orders for you has your email address and lists it there. Tori’s peeps will NOT leave any fans who’ve made legitimate purchases out in the cold. They’ve got your backs, and they have a plan, so scalpers … don’t eeeeeeeven think about it (and don’t even think about buying from one), else you’ll be farked up the wazoo! And with that image dancing in your heads, off I go….
