Faster Louder Video Interview

Chantel Bann spoke to Tori for Australian music website Faster Louder during The Sinful Attraction Tour’s stop in Sydney and has posted a portion of the interview on YouTube. During their conversation, they touch on the Sydney Opera House, touring, the significance of the Lizard Lounge during the solo shows in Australia, Abnormally Attracted to Sin and Midwinter Graces.

Sunday Night, It's Tori's Turn On The Sound

Jessie reports that Los Angeles radio station 100.3 The Sound has been airing commercials indicating that Tori will be programming their airwaves during My Turn, a weekly program where musicians and celebrities pick and play the tunes for a hour on Sunday evenings. According to the spots — one of which I just heard while listening to the station — Tori will be hosting My Turn this coming Sunday, November 29th at 6:00 PM PST.

Janice Long Welcomes Tori To Radio 2 Next Week

Tori will be Janice Long’s guest on her BBC Radio 2 programme at Midnight GMT on Thursday, December 3rd — that is, late Wednesday night, early Thursday morning, local time. Doesn’t look like she will be in sessions as, according to the description, Tori will be chatting about Midwinter Graces and picking some music for Janice to play.

Listen to Radio 2 on 88-91 FM or online. The programme will be archived for a week after it airs so you can catch the interview later if you miss it live.

Tori to Play Absolute Radio Christmas Zoo Session

Tori will be playing a Christmas Zoo Session for Absolute Radio in a London chapel on December 4th. A limited number of tickets will be given away. If you can be in London and are free on the morning of December 4th, enter the contest to win those tickets from Absolute Radio!

Looks like this session will be broadcast on December 7th during Geoff Lloyd’s Hometime Show.

The New Yooxer Interview (November 13, 2009)

The New Yooxer on Yoox.com posted a video interview with Tori over the week. Interspersed with live video clips, Tori talks about Abnormally Attracted to Sin, Midwinter Graces and the dresses she’s wearing on the current tour.

The feature also includes a slideshow of photographs by Fabio Costi and Tori’s “Dream Box,” where she picks out some clothing and accessories from Yoox.com, the site that the New Yooxer is part of.

Letterman Confirmed; Soundcheck Announced

In the hub-bub of the Jazz Cafe show excitement on Tuesday, we completely missed that the Letterman appearance on December 10th was confirmed by all the official channels.

Additionally, they also announced that Tori will be John Schaefer’s guest on the WNYC radio program Soundcheck. Soundcheck airs live on New York City at 2:00 PM Eastern (with a repeat 8 hours later at 10:00 PM Eastern) on 93.9 FM and streaming on the web at wnyc.org. The program is also available as a podcast and is carried by many other public radio stations in the United States.

Tori To Return To The Late Show in December

Girlie Action, the firm currently doing public relations for Tori, has announced that Tori will be appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman on December 10th. Neither the Late Show website nor the timeless Late Night TV Page have scheduled guests that far out yet so we’ll just have to keep an eye out for final confirmation on this.
