Tori On Later... On Demand ... Again

Christopher Hernandez reports that the 1992 episode of Later With Jools Holland featuring Tori’s performance of “Me And A Gun” and “Here. In My Head” is again available on concert.tv. (It was on back in May as well.)

Concert.tv is available on Comcast (via OnDemand/Channel 1), Charter Cable (channel 999), and Cox cable systems in the United States. Looks like this rare footage will be available for the month of November.

Blender Interview Redux

Blender has posted the second part of their interview with Tori (did you miss the first part?). In this edition, Tori tackles the thorny issue of party music, pans Britney Spears’ “Toxic”, and grabs her crotch. Can’t go wrong with that!

Metromix TV Interview

Live From Studio X (November 6, 2007)

Tori was Terri Hemmert’s guest on Live From Studio X on WXRT on November 6th. During the short appearance, she played two songs — “a sorta fairytale” and “Almost Rosey” — solo at the piano and chatted with Terri about touring, Tash, and being invited to open for Led Zeppelin.

While XRT does archive some of the Live From Studio X interviews, this does not yet happen to be one of them. In the meantime, here is a transcript of their conversation, courtesy of yours truly. Jump the cut to check it out.

Tori On The Current (November 7, 2007)

Tori will be Mary Lucia’s guest on The Current today, around 5:00 PM Central Time. If you are in the Minneapolis area, you can listen to The Current at 89.3 on your FM dial in the Twin Cities area or at 88.7 in Rochester, MN. There is also an assortment of online streaming options as well.

If you missed the broadcast, The Current has kindly archived the appearance where you can stream audio of it in either RealAudio or 128k mp3. Upcoming Metromix Television Appearance

The TV show Tori was doing an interview for in Chicago yesterday is Metromix (an entertainment program that airs exclusively on CLTV on Comcast Cable).

We’re told the interview is currently being edited, so we don’t know an exact air date yet, however Metromix airs Monday-Friday at 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and midnight.

Tori on WXRT Chicago Tomorrow!

Tori is scheduled to perform tomorrow (November 6) at 10:30 a.m. on WXRT 93.1 FM in Chicago, Illinois, according to emails and DJs at the station. Those not in the Windy City or its surrounds can tune in online. Thanks to Melissa and Devin for tipping us off to this one.

Tori On The 411

TV Guide’s interview with Tori is airing on TV Guide Network’s “The 411” a few times this weekend. Air times are:

Friday, November 2nd at 9:00pm ET/PT
Friday, November 3rd at 12:00am ET/PT
Saturday, November 3rd at 5:00pm ET/PT

[But check your local listings, because it appears to be airing three hours earlier for me here on the West Coast (6pm & 9pm this evening, for example, instead of 9pm and midnight), so my local cable company seems to be airing the East Coast feed.]

Tori Featured At MySpace Music

Tori was the Featured Artist on Myspace Music yesterday. While the feature is no longer there (yeah yeah yeah, we’re a little slow sometimes—but at least we don’t have unexpected errors!), the goodies from it still are!

First, a radio edit of “Almost Rosey”, exclusively available from Myspace as part of the feature, is now available for download and streaming on Tori’s Myspace.

Second, a video clip billed as a “behind the scenes” look at touring was posted as well. Turns out this is just one of the clips from the Tour Countdown.

Finally, an animated video for “Bouncing Off Clouds” was added to the Video section of Tori’s profile:
