Keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages since we often post quickie updates there when we're on-the-go.
During tours, we do our best to cover setlists in real-time on Twitter. If you want to tweet a show in, just DM or @ us on the day and tell us to watch your stream that night.
Tori is touring in 2017 to support the release of Native Invader. The European legs runs from early September through early October and the North American leg runs from late October to early December. We do not know if additional dates elsewhere will be added.
Be sure to check out our other sections, Tour — where setlists and other concert-related material will be updated daily while Tori is on tour — and You. Lots of interesting stuff!
Jay caught this short article in the 13th issue (Autumn/Winter 2007) of AnOther Magazine that features a photograph of Tori as Isabel (or maybe Santa?) wearing a Viktor & Rolf dress. Much of the issue can be viewed online but this particular article does not appear to be on their website. Fortunately, Jay provided scans which you can view, along with a transcript of the article, after the cut.
If you are so inclined, you can order this issue from the publisher.
Thanks to Jay for spotting this!
Whether or not the Houston Chronicle publishes a traditional review of last night’s show at Jones Hall in Houston, one can be found at Handstamp, the newspaper’s music blog. Sara Cress, one of the blog’s curators, takes the concert’s measure and doesn’t find it wanting.
It was another soggy night in Texas but this time Clyde was the Doll who took the stage to open the show tonight at Jones Hall in Houston. Her set included one song she hadn’t played before: “Mary” with the band. Whlie Tori’s set did not feature any debuts, she did revisit two songs for the second time ever: “Peeping Tommi” during T & Bö and “Not David Bowie” during the first encore. As this show is slated for release as an official bootleg, that should cue squees of joy from Toriphiles ‘round the world — even if the bootlegs are still not available to those outside of the United States and Canada. Tori’s set also featured “Virginia” and “Black Dove”. The full setlist, courtesy of raspberryspark and SisterErnestine, has been posted in the Tour section.

I have Young Republicans coming to my shows. I open my door to them. It’s not about a party, it’s about consciousness.
David Burger spoke with Tori for this piece in the Salt Lake Tribune. It appeared in the November 24th edition of the paper. Thanks to Jessica and Kimberly for the link!
I also get people who say, ‘Your song saved my life.’ I’ll say, ‘You saved your life.’ That is the truth. When we’re adults, we are the hands that rock our own cradles.
The ever-vigilant and seemingly never-sleeping Kimberly also came across this article from the November 21st edition of the San Antonio Express-News. In it, Jim Beal Jr. chats with Tori about the new record and the tour to promote Monday’s show at the Majestic Theatre.
Phil Brown’s review of the November 24th show at the Nokia Theatre appeared in the Dallas Morning News on November 25th. An interesting review as we weren’t aware that Tori played a “Dusendorfer” piano or that “Lust” was a hit or that “Raspberry Swirl” has anything to do with Joni Mitchell. You learn something new every day, it seems. Thanks once again to Kimberly for catching it!
Thanks also to Kimberly for noticing The Palm Beach Post’s spiffy gallery of photographs taken during the West Palm Beach concert. Kudos to Gary Coronado for capturing this superb selection of Santa shots!
Leslie Gray Streeter’s review of the West Palm Beach show was posted on her blog early on Thanksgiving morning and published in the November 23rd edition of the Palm Beach Post. Though you might expect the blog version to be less edited, the review is identical in both places. Go figure! Thanks to Christoff, Kimberly and Jena for the link(s)!
While the fact that Tori and Samuel Adamson were collaborating on The Light Princess was not news to most Toriphiles, Adamson’s mention of that in that recent interview for WhatsOnStage.com must have taken them by surprise since they reported on it like it was breaking news. No additional details were offered, but a possible 2009 premiere was mentioned which, we believe, is the first whisper of when this production might see a curtain call. Thanks to Christoff for letting us know!
Santa came out to play this evening at the Nokia Theatre, opening her second show in a row. Perhaps she felt the need to heat up the spirits of the cold and soggy denizens of The Big D? Or maybe she just wanted to show off her Dallas Cowgirl uniform? Either way, she debuted “Sweet The Sting” during her set before surrendering the stage to Tori whose portion of the evening featured “Father Lucifer”, “Horses”, “Bliss”, and, during T & Bö, “Jackie’s Strength” and “Beulah Land”.
The full setlist has been posted in the Tour section. If you were there and would like to share what you thought of the show, please use the comment form at the bottom of that page.
This show will be available as a digital download from Legs & Boots.
